Directions for Use This product is for cleaning glass, windows, mirrors, plastic, Plexiglass and a variety of other water washable surfaces. Dilute 2 oz./gal. or 16 mL/L (1:64) with cold water. Spray glass cleaner on surface to be cleaned and wipe with a lint-free towel or squeegee. Improper use or dilution of this product may affect cleaning performance, result in excess waste or may damage surfaces also may increase risk of health effects. Gloves and goggles recommended personal protection equipment. Please consult your local solid waste agency, drain commissioner, or water quality contact for determination on appropriate disposal of unused material. Please recycle empty containers.

Directions for Use Recommended for use on all types of resilient tile (vinyl composition, vinyl, linoleum) and properly sealed hard surfaces (marble, terrazzo). RESTORATIVE MAINTENANCE: Completely remove all old wax, finish and soil from floor surface following strip procedure instructions on stripper label. Floor surface must be clean, dry and free of residue before finish is applied. Rinse with clean water if necessary. Apply finish in uniform, thin to medium coats using a clean synthetic finish mop or applicator system. Allow each coat to dry thoroughly before applying additional coats, usually 20 - 30 minutes. Elevated temperatures and humidity may extend dry time. 4 - 5 coats of finish are recommended. Note: This product is a self sealing finish, however, if tile is old, worn or porous, initially applying 1 - 2 coats of a sealer will enhance gloss and long term performance. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE: Sweep large debris and dust mop (using a water-based treatment). Damp mop or automatic scrub using a neutral pH cleaner. Buff or burnish the floor as desired. The use of a cleaner/restorer is recommended to condition the floor and extend the time between top scrub and recoating. INTERIM MAINTENANCE: Sweep large debris and dust mop (using a water-based treatment). Top scrub the floor using a top scrub cleaner and recommended floor pad to remove the top soiled layers of finish. Floor surface must be clean, dry and free of residue before finish is applied. Apply 1 - 2 coats of finish as directed above. Note: Slip resistance meets or exceeds standard, (ASTM D 2047-04) James Machine 0.5 minimum.

It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. GENERAL CLEANING/DEODORIZING DIRECTIONS:Spray soiled area then wipe clean. Repeat for heavily soiled areas. DISINFECTION DIRECTIONS:Preclean prior to disinfection. Apply this product until surfaces are thoroughly wet. Treated surfaces must remain wet for 1 minute for disinfection against bacteria. Follow virucidal or Fungicidal directions when using as a virucidal or fungicidal agent. Wipe dry with a clean cloth, sponge, mop or wiper or allow to air dry. Food contact surfaces must be rinsed with potable water after disinfection. Do not use to disinfect utensils, glassware and dishes. Change this product at least daily or when solution becomes visibly dirty. VIRUCIDAL DIRECTIONS: Follow disinfection directions for application instructions. Treated surfaces must remain wet for 10 minutes for Herpes Simplex Type 2 and 60 seconds (1 minute) for Influenza A/Hong Kong MOLD AND MILDEW CONTROL DIRECTIONS:This product effectively inhibits the growth of mold and mildew and the odors caused by them when applied to hard, nonporous surfaces. Follow disinfection instructions. Allow to air dry on surface. Repeat when mildew growth returns. FUNGICIDAL DIRECTIONS: This product is an effective fungicide against Trichophyton mentagrophytes in areas such as locker rooms, dressing rooms, shower and bath areas, exercise facilities, health clubs and spas. Follow disinfection directions for application instructions. Treated surfaces must remain wet for 10 minutes. This product is not for use on medical device surfaces. NON-ACID TOILET BOWL AND URINAL DISINFECTANT/CLEANER DIRECTIONS: Empty toilet bowl or urinal and apply this product to exposed surfaces including under the rim with a cloth, mop, sponge or sprayer. Repeat and allow to stand for 1 minute, then flush. *KILLS HIV ON PRE-CLEANED ENVIRONMENTAL SURFACES/OBJECTS PREVIOUSLY SOILED WITH BLOOD/BODY FLUIDS in health care settings or other settings in which there is an expected likelihood of soiling of inanimate surfaces/objects with blood or body fluids and in which the surfaces/objects likely to be soiled with blood or body fluids can be associated with the potential for transmission of Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 (HIV-1) (associated with AIDS). SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLEANING AND DECONTAMINATION AGAINST HIV-1 ON SURFACES/ OBJECTS SOILED WITH BLOOD/BODY FLUIDS. PERSONAL PROTECTION:Clean-up must always be done wearing protective gloves, gowns, masks and eye protection. Do not breathe spray. Rinse all surfaces that come in contact with food such as countertops, appliances, tables and stovetops with potable water before reuse. Do not use on utensils, glassware and dishes. Bactericidal Stability of Use-Dilution: Tests confirmthat the use solution of this product, when stored in a sealed container such as a spray bottle, remains effective for up to 1 year. If product becomes visibly dirty or contaminated, the use-dilution must be discarded and fresh product prepared. Always use clean, properly labeled containers when diluting this product. For fungicidal activity: Betco Triforce is an effective fungicide against Trichophyton mentagrophytes [the athlete's foot fungus] when used on surfaces in areas such as locker rooms, dressing rooms, shower and bath areas and exercise facilities. Betco Triforce is a one-step fungicide at 1/2 oz. per gallon in 250 ppm hard water and 5% serum. For mold and mildew: At 1/2 oz. per gallon, Betco Triforce will effectively inhibit the growth of mold and mildew and the odors caused by them when applied to hard, nonporous surfaces. Follow disinfection instructions. Repeat treatment every seven days, or more often if new growth appears This product is not to be used as a terminal sterilant / high level disinfectant on any surface or instrument that (1) is introduced directly into the human body, either into or in contact with the bloodstream or normally sterile areas of the body, or (2) contacts intact mucous membranes but which does not ordinarily penetrate the blood barrier or otherwise enter normally sterile areas of the body.TO SANITIZE SOFT SURFACES:Add ½ oz. per gallon of water. Not effective against rust stains. Dilute with cold water only. For GENERAL PURPOSE dilute 1:32 - 1:64 oz or 4 oz./gal - 2 oz./gal depending on soil level. Spray and wipe. GLASS: Dilute 1:64 or 2 oz./gal. Spray and wipe. SHOWERS: Dilute 1:32. For large areas use a portable pump up sprayer. Spray on tile, grout, fixtures and tub surfaces. Let stand for 5 minutes and rinse. For heavier stains agitation with a brush or sponge may be necessary to completely remove the stain. FLOORS: Dilute 1:64. Add directly to grout scrubber for removal of mold stains, soap scum, hard water deposits, or other common restroom soils. CARPET SPOTTING: Dilute 1:10 or 12 oz/gal. for heavy soils, dilute 1:20 or 6 oz./gal. for light to medium soils. For coffee as well as other water based stains. Apply a small amount of liquid to the stain. Agitate with a bone scraper and let stand for 3 - 5 minutes. Blot dry and rinse with clean water. Repeat as needed until the stain is completely removed. Recommended for supermarket, institutional and restaurant use where fast grease emulsification and lasting suds are a must. Allow pots and pans to soak for a few minutes. Hot water works better than cold. Use at 1 - 2 oz. per 10 gallons (30 - 60 mL/38 liters) of water. NOTE: All equipment or surfaces subject to direct contact with food should be thoroughly rinsed with potable water following use. Avoid contamination of food in the application and storage of this product.

Recommended for top scrubbing all types of water-based acrylic floor finishes and sealers on all types of resilient tile (vinyl composition, vinyl and linoleum). To be used as a top scrub cleaner in preparing a coated floor surface for recoating. Dilute Best Scrub 8 1/2 oz./gal. or 65 mL/L (1:15). Apply solution to floor using a mop or automatic scrubber. Agitate solution using a green cleaning pad or brush. Remove solution from the floor with a mop, wet vacuum, or automatic scrubber. When removed properly no flood rinsing is required. After the floor has dried check for residue. If any residue is present a rinse will be needed. If initial scrubbing does not remove embedded dirt, the floor may need additional scrubbing or may require stripping.

Remove soil and dust mop the floor. Spray a light mist of product on the floor in front of the floor machine. DO NOT OVERWET. Using a nylon or polyester spray buff pad, buff the floor where the fine mist of spray buff has been applied. Flip or change pad as necessary. After spray buffing the floor is completed, dust mop the floor if dust is still present. NOTE: In order for spray buff to work correctly, three or four base coats of floor finish must be applied before using spray buff in order to achieve maximum gloss and wear properties. Heavy traffic areas may require dust mopping, followed by damp mopping, followed by spray buffing. Use of this spray buff will eliminate powdering and will never yellow the floor. NOTE: Slip resistance meets or exceeds standard, (ASTM D 2047-11) James Machine 0.5 minimum.

Removes tough grease, oil, carbon and most stubborn soils from appliances, counters, equipment, floors, kitchen surfaces, walls, showers, sinks, stainless steel and tile. Not recommended for use on glass or water based paints. This is a ready-to-use product. No mixing required. Leaves no residue or streaks. Spray surface. Wipe clean with a lint free towel or sponge.

1. Dilute 2 US oz./US gal. or 16 mL /L of water. 2. Apply cleaning solution using a lint-free towel or squeegee. 3. Allow surface to dry thoroughly. For chemical management systems, see specific directions on product label.

1. Fill washer to capacity with linen. 2. Start machine and allow it to fill with hot water to low level. 3. Add ½ to 1 container of RECLAIM W per 50 pounds of linen. Never mix with anything but water. Do not exceed this concentration. 4. Wash for 12 minutes. 5. Drain. 6. Run linen through a minimum of 3 rinses (1-hot and 2-warm water). 7. Extract. 8. Check final linen pH - if above 7, add additional rinse step. 9. Dry in dryer.

SEPTIC TANKS: Initial treatment, add 1 pint per 25 cubic feet capacity. Thereafter, use 8 oz. per week. Pour directly into toilet and flush. DRAINLINES AND DOWN PIPES: Use product a minimum of 2 times weekly, to a maximum of 4 times. Start on the lowest floor and work 1 floor per day. Do not treat the same floor twice. When the top floor is reached, continue treatment for the top floor only. PIPE SIZE/DOSAGE/FREQUENCY: 2"/4 oz./2 times/wk.; 4"/8 oz./2 times/wk.; 6"/12 oz./2 times/wk.; 8"/16 oz./2 times/wk. CARPETS: For pet odors, pour directly on odor spot. Blot with a clean white cloth. Repeat if the odor persists. CARPET MACHINES: To deodorize carpets, add 1/4 cup of product to the solution tank. RESTROOMS: To deodorize urinals and bowls, apply to surfaces and surrounding area. FLOORS: Dilute 2 - 5 ounces per gallon and mop directly onto floor. Pour excess directly down the drain. Concentrated product and strong dilutions will discolor aluminum and other soft metals. Dilute with water for general maintenance. FOOD PLANT USE: Surfaces are to be rinsed with potable water following the use of this product. LIGHT SOIL Dilute 1.25 oz./gal. or 10 mL/L (1:100) with water. MODERATE SOIL Dilute 6 oz./gal. or 48 mL/L (1:21) with water. HEAVY SOIL Dilute 8 oz./gal. or 63 mL/L (1:16) with water.

For general deodorization, apply to the odor source at the dilutions below: TRIGGER SPRAYERS for air and hard surfaces: Dilute 13 oz./gal. or 100 mL/L (1:10) with water. Mist in center of room. MOP BUCKETS for floors and hard surfaces: Dilute 13 oz./gal. or 100 mL/L (1:10) with water. Mop on affected areas. CARPET SHAMPOOERS/CARPET EXTRACTORS: Dilute 1/2 - 1 oz./gal. or 4 - 8 mL/L (1:256 - 1:128) with water. FLOORS/HARD SURFACES: Dilute 1 - 2 oz./gal. or 8 - 16 mL/L (1:128 - 1:64) with water. SEWAGE: Add 1 gallon or 1000 mL/L of product for every 2000 square feet of setting bed. FOGGING MACHINES: Pour product into fogging machine to atomize into room.

Apply finish in uniform, thin to medium coats using a clean synthetic finish mop, microfiber mop or applicator system. Allow each coat to dry thoroughly before applying additional coats, usually 20 - 30 minutes. Elevated temperatures, heavy coats and humidity may extend dry time. A minimum of 4 coats of finish is recommended. Note: This product is a self-sealing finish, however, if tile is old, worn or porous, initially applying 1 - 2 coats of a Betco sealer will enhance gloss and long term performance. Removes tough crayon, lipstick, graffiti, oil and heel marks from a variety of surfaces. Not recommended for use on glass or water based paints. Fill either trigger spray bottles or mop buckets/auto scrubbers through the FASTDRAW SYSTEM. Leaves no residue or streaks. Spray surface. Wipe clean with a lint free towel or sponge.
