<b>Use Instructions </b><br /> <ul> <li>Blockade areas to be stripped. Floors will become very slippery when stripper is applied. Exercise caution.</li> <li>Gloves, goggles and protective footwear is recommended when using this product</li> <li>Dilute or dispense using cold water</li> <li>Apply liberal amounts of stripper solution uniformly to floor with mop. <p><b>Directions for Use</b></p><p>Recommended for use on all types of resilient tile flooring and properly prepared hard surfaces.</p><p><b>RESTORATIVE MAINTENANCE: </b></p><p>Completely remove all old wax, finish and soil from floor surface following strip procedure instructions on Betco&#174; stripper label. Floor surface must be clean, dry and free of residue before finish is applied. Rinse with clean water if necessary. Apply finish in uniform, thin to medium coats using a clean synthetic finish mop, microfiber mop or applicator system. Allow each coat to dry thoroughly before applying additional coats, usually 20 - 30 minutes. Elevated temperatures, heavy coats and humidity may extend dry time. A minimum of 4 coats of finish is recommended. Note: This product is a self-sealing finish, however, if tile is old, worn or porous, initially applying 1 - 2 coats of a Betco sealer will enhance gloss and long term performance.</p><p><b>ROUTINE MAINTENANCE:</b></p><p>Sweep large debris and dust mop. Damp mop or automatic scrub using a Betco floor cleaner. Buff or burnish the floor to enhance gloss as needed. Use Betco&#174; One Step High Speed Cleaner/Restorer to condition the floor and extend the time between top scrub and recoating.</p><p><b>INTERIM MAINTENANCE:</b></p><p>Sweep large debris and dust mop. Top scrub the floor using Daily Scrub SC and maroon pad or equivalent to remove the top soiled layers of finish. Floor surface must be clean, dry and free of residue before finish is applied. Apply 1 - 2 coats of finish as directed above.</p><p>Please recycle empty containers. Note: Slip resistance meets or exceeds standard, (ASTM D 2047-11) James Machine 0.5 minimum</p>
<p><b>For Prespray Cleaning</b></p> <ul> <li>Thoroughly vacuum carpet and pre treat spots.</li> <li>Dilute 10 oz. Heavy Duty Prespray with 1 gallon hot water (1 L with 12 L) in pump-up sprayer or fill directly from J-Fill® dispenser.</li> <li>Spray carpet completely, paying particular attention to traffic lanes and spots.</li> <li>Agitate with a carpet rake, extractor brush, shampoo brush or bonnet.</li> <li>Allow 5-10 minutes for Heavy Duty Prespray to completely loosen soils.</li> <li>Thoroughly extract carpet with Extraction Rinse according to use directions. Use Liquid Defoamer in recovery tank if required.</li> </ul> <p><b>For Bonnet Cleaning</b></p> <ul> <li>Dilute at 1:32 or 4 oz./gal. (35 mL per L) with warm water.</li> <li>Apply light mist onto carpet bonnet.</li> <li>Bonnet buff carpet with your pad. Flip pad when soiled. When both sides are soiled, rinse or launder.</li> <li>e This solution can also be used for spot treatment. Treat spot, agitate and rinse thoroughly.</li> </ul>
<p><b>For Use on Floors:</b></p> <ul> <li>Dilute ¼ cup Murphy Oil Soap in 1 gallon of warm water</li> <li>For heavy cleaning dilute ½ cup Murphy Oil Soap per gallon </li> <li>Clean with well wrung-out mop, and mop any excess water</li> <li>No rinsing required.</li> </ul> <b>Other Surfaces: </b> <p>Wet cloth with diluted Murphy Oil Soap liquid. Wipe clean to reveal wood's natural beauty</p>
<p><b>Preparation</b></p><ul><li>Blockade areas to be stripped or finished. Floors will be very slippery until dry.</li><li>Before the first application of Mainstay® ProX Floor Finish, remove all old finish with any Diversey stripper.</li></ul><p><b>Coating</b></p><ul><li>Apply 3-4 medium coats of Mainstay® ProX Floor Finish with a clean finish mop. Let dry to the touch between coats (about 30 minutes).</li><li>On porous resilient or stone floors, seal first with 2 coats of the recommended Diversey sealer.</li></ul><p><b>Maintenance</b></p><ul><li>For daily cleaning dust mop or sweep.</li><li>Then wet clean with recommended Diversey cleaner in an autoscrubber or with a damp mop.</li></ul><p><b>Burnishing</b></p><ul><li>To renew gloss, spray buff as needed with recommended Diversey spray buff, a red or beige pad and a 175-1500 rpm machine. Or burnish with a UHS pad and a battery, cord electric or propane machine at 1500-2000+ rpm.</li></ul><p><b>Recoating</b></p><ul><li>Dust mop or sweep floor. Scrub floor with an autoscrubber or floor machine using a blue pad and the recommended Diversey cleaner at therecommended dilution. Rinse well and let dry.</li><li>Apply 1-2 new coats of Mainstay® ProX Floor Finish.</li></ul>
<p><b>Pro-Tip:</b> Use for ordinary scrubbing of floor by hand or for automatic floor-scrubbing machines. Also used on walls, tables and all other hard surfaces.</p>

Sweep up and remove solid waste from floor before applying.</li><li> Post "Wet Floor" signs around area to be cleaned and use a clean mop to apply the cleaning solution generously to the floor, overlapping mop strokes. For best results, scrub the floor with a brush, especially if the floor has grout.</li><li> Repeat if necessary on heavily soiled areas. Pick up soil and excess solution with a tightly wrung out mop, wringing it out frequently, or squeegee to floor drain.</li><li> Dry mop or squeegee floor dry or allow floor to air dry before reuse. Once dry, remove "Wet Floor" signs. A potable water rinse is only required for those surfaces that may contact edible product. Pour unused Bio-Floor Cleaner from mop bucket into kitchen floor drain for daily maintenance.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>NOTE: Floors will be slippery when wet or contaminated with foreign materials. Promptly clean up spills and foreign materials. See container for lot number.</p><p>Storage: Do not store in food processing or food storage areas. Shake well before using if product has settled.</p><p>For Food Plant Use: Not for use on food contact surfaces. Avoid contamination of food during use or storage.</p>

<p>Bona SuperCourt Cleaner Concentrate ratio is 1:128 (128 parts water to 1 part concentrate).</p><p>1. Remove the caps from the bottle and foil seals underneath each cap. </p><p>2. Replace both caps and tighten. </p><p>3. Grasp the bottle by the handle and tilt forward filling the concentrate into the reservoir. </p><p>4. Measure the amount of concentrate by using the one-ounce graduation marks on the front of the reservoir. </p><p>5. Remove the cap on top of the reservoir and pour the measured concentrate into the desired tank, bucket or bottle. </p><p>6. Fill the remaining tank, bucket or bottle volume with cold water. </p><p>7. Repeat as needed. Dispose of excess or unused products in accordance with local, state and federal requirements. </p>
<p>For use as a top-scrub cleaner for wood floor coatings. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE: Dust mop floors daily. If using a treatment, use only a water-based treatment, being careful to follow label instructions. TACKING PROCEDURE: Dilute 1:4 gallon of water into a bucket. Soak several large towels in the solution, making sure they are thoroughly wet. Wring out the towels to remove excess moisture. Wrap a towel around a push broom and tack the floor. To prevent redeposit of dirt and oil, refold towel using clean sides as needed. Pay special attention to corners. Repeat the procedure in each area of the floor until the entire floor has been cleaned. Automatic Scrubber: Dilute 2 - 4 oz./gal. of water. No rinsing is required. INTERIM MAINTENANCE: Dilute 1:4 in a spray bottle for heavy spot cleaning. Spray and wipe dry. RESTORATIVE MAINTENANCE: Wet screening: Dilute product 2 - 4 oz./gal. of water. Use white or red floor pads. Use 175 RPM floor machine or automatic scrubber to wet screen the floor in preparation for new coating application. Rinse thoroughly removing all residue. See coatings labeled directions for proper procedures. Please recycle empty container.</p><p><br></p>

Rinsing is not required except in very dirty situations.</p><p>4. Allow floor to dry thoroughly.</p>
<p>Recommended for polished concrete and terrazzo surfaces for extended stain and etch protection. Clean entire area with Betco DensiClean, allow floor to dry prior to application. Apply Betco LiquiShield at proper application rate, 3,000 to 4,000 sq. ft. per gal, with a low-pressure sprayer spread with a microfiber applicator pad or mop and bucket application. Allow to dry to touch, 45 to 60 minutes, then apply second coat using the same procedures. Allow second coat to dry 60 minnutes then high speed burnish with Betco Si Burnish Pad. Allow 1 to 2 hours cure time before floor is exposed to full traffic. Allow 24 hours before the use of cleaners on the floor. Maintain floor with Betco Crete Rx DensiClean and Betco Crete Rx Cleaning Pads for maximum protection and shine. </p>

Prior to applying sealer to new concrete, use an acidic solution to neutralize excess alkalinity. All new concrete must be cleaned and rinsed. Not for use outdoors. Old concrete must be cleaned with a degreasing solution and rinsed for proper adhesion.</p><p><br /></p><p>GLAZED TILE/POLISHED SURFACES:</p><p>1. <p>Recommended for use with steam and hot water extractors on all types of carpeting (including Stain Resistant), upholstery and rugs. Please recycle empty containers.</p><p>1. Vacuum carpet.</p><p>2. Dilute 0.5 oz./gal. or 3.9 mL/L (1:256) of water. If carpet is heavily soiled, 1 oz./gal. or 7.8 mL/L (1:128) of water. Cleaning solution may also be used as a prespray, sprayed directly onto the carpeting.</p><p>3. Follow operating instructions on extraction equipment.</p><p>4. Allow the carpet to dry thoroughly before allowing traffic.</p>
<p>Remove soil and dust mop the floor. Spray a light mist of product on the floor in front of the floor machine. DO NOT OVERWET. Using a nylon or polyester spray buff pad, buff the floor where the fine mist of spray buff has been applied. Flip or change pad as necessary. After spray buffing the floor is completed, dust mop the floor if dust is still present.<br />NOTE: In order for spray buff to work correctly, three or four base coats of floor finish must be applied before using spray buff in order to achieve maximum gloss and wear properties. Heavy traffic areas may require dust mopping, followed by damp mopping, followed by spray buffing. Recommended for use on all types of resilient tile flooring and properly prepared hard surfaces. This product is of specific benefit in preparing old, worn or porous tile floors for finishing. <br /><br />RESTORATIVE MAINTENANCE:<br />Completely remove all old wax, finish and soil from floor surface following strip procedure instructions on Betco® stripper label. Floor surface must be clean, dry and free of residue before finish is applied. Rinse with clean water if necessary. Apply sealer in uniform, thin to medium coats using a clean synthetic finish mop, microfiber mop or applicator system. Allow each coat to dry thoroughly before applying additional coats, usually 20 - 30 minutes. Elevated temperatures, heavy coats and humidity may extend dry time. A minimum of 2 coats of sealer is recommended. This sealer can be used as a finish coat, however, for a better shine, increased protection and easier maintenance, we recommended the application of 2 - 4 coats of a Betco floor finish that best fits your maintenance program. <br /><br />Please recycle empty containers. Note: Slip resistance meets or exceeds standard, (ASTM D 2047-11) James Machine 0.5 minimum.
