Use Instructions <ul> <li>Blockade areas to be stripped or finished. Floors will be very slippery until dry.</li> <li>Strip floors, using a Diversey stripper per the instructions on the stripper label</li> </ul> Coating <ul> <li>Apply 3 or more medium coats using a clean finish mop or the Diversey ProSpeedTM/MC or TrailBlazerTM/MC Floor Finish Applicator System. Apply additional coats until desired gloss is obtained.</li> <li>Allow 30-45 minutes drying time between coats. Temperature, humidity and ventilation may affect drying time. Allow finish to cure for 24 hours before burnishing.</li> </ul> Maintenance <ul> <li>Dust mop or sweep. Clean the floor with a mop or an automatic scrubber using the recommended Diversey brand cleaner according to label directions.</li> <li>If desired, dry buff using medium to aggressive pad and 1000- 500 rpm equipment. Ultra-high speed burnish using a medium aggressiveness pad and 2000+ rpm equipment.</li> </ul> Recoating <ul> <li>Dust mop or sweep Clean the floor with a mop or an automatic scrubber using the recommended Diversey brand cleaner according to label directions</li> <li>Blockade area and apply 1-2 uniform coats of finish using a clean finish mop or the Diversey ProSpeedTM/MC or TrailBlazerTM/MC Floor Finish Applicator System. Allow finish to cure for 24 hours before burnishing.</li> </ul> Removal <ul> <li>Remove using recommended Diversey brand stripper following label directions</li> </ul> Precautions <ul> <li>Do not dilute. Do not use on surfaces colder than 50°F (10°C) @ 15% RH. To avoid contamination, do not return unused finish to original container. Do not freeze.</li> </ul>

Exercise caution.</li> <li>Gloves, goggles and protective footwear is recommended when using this product</li> <li>Dilute or dispense using cold water</li> <li>Apply liberal amounts of stripper solution uniformly to floor with mop. Start at edges to provide more soak time. If splashing occurs, wipe off surfaces with a clean, damp rag.</li> <li>Let stripper solution soak 10-15 minutes. Mop agitate to loosen finish. Re-wet as necessary. Do not allow solution to dry on floor. Longer soak times may be necessary in cases of extreme buildup.</li> <li>Hand or machine scrub thoroughly using appropriate stripper pads or stripping brush. Pick up all solution with a clean mop, wet vac, or automatic scrubber. Mop up any 'tracks' left by wet vacs or scrubbers before they dry.</li> <li>Thoroughly rinse floor with clean water, using a mop and bucket. Let floor dry completely before applying a Diversey Green Seal®-Certified finish or other recommended Diversey brand floor finish or sealer.</li> </ul>

Use Instructions <ul> <li>Use appropriate personal protective equipment</li> </ul> Dilute product as follows: <ul> <li>Light Build-up of Floor Finishes: Dilute product between 1:8 (16 fl. oz. / gal.) and 1:10 (13 fl. oz. / gal.) with cool water</li> <li>Heavy Build-up of Floor Finishes: Dilute product between 1:4 (32 fl. oz. / gal.) and 1:6 (24 fl. oz. / gal.) with cool water</li> <li>Heavy Build-up of Concrete Sealers: Dilute product at 1:2 (64 fl. oz. / gal.) with cool water</li> <li>Blockade areas to be stripped. Test for softening or color bleeding on asphalt floors before using.</li> </ul>

For Prespray Cleaning <ul> <li>Thoroughly vacuum carpet and pre treat spots.</li> <li>Dilute 10 oz. Heavy Duty Prespray with 1 gallon hot water (1 L with 12 L) in pump-up sprayer or fill directly from J-Fill® dispenser.</li> <li>Spray carpet completely, paying particular attention to traffic lanes and spots.</li> <li>Agitate with a carpet rake, extractor brush, shampoo brush or bonnet.</li> <li>Allow 5-10 minutes for Heavy Duty Prespray to completely loosen soils.</li> <li>Thoroughly extract carpet with Extraction Rinse according to use directions. Use Liquid Defoamer in recovery tank if required.</li> </ul> For Bonnet Cleaning <ul> <li>Dilute at 1:32 or 4 oz./gal. (35 mL per L) with warm water.</li> <li>Apply light mist onto carpet bonnet.</li> <li>Bonnet buff carpet with your pad. Flip pad when soiled. When both sides are soiled, rinse or launder.</li> <li>e This solution can also be used for spot treatment. Treat spot, agitate and rinse thoroughly.</li> </ul>

Recommended for top scrubbing all types of water-based acrylic floor finishes and sealers on all types of resilient tile (vinyl composition, vinyl and linoleum). To be used as a top scrub cleaner in preparing a coated floor surface for recoating. Dilute Best Scrub 8 1/2 oz./gal. or 65 mL/L (1:15). Apply solution to floor using a mop or automatic scrubber. Agitate solution using a green cleaning pad or brush. Remove solution from the floor with a mop, wet vacuum, or automatic scrubber. When removed properly no flood rinsing is required. After the floor has dried check for residue. If any residue is present a rinse will be needed. If initial scrubbing does not remove embedded dirt, the floor may need additional scrubbing or may require stripping.

Remove soil and dust mop the floor. Spray a light mist of product on the floor in front of the floor machine. DO NOT OVERWET. Using a nylon or polyester spray buff pad, buff the floor where the fine mist of spray buff has been applied. Flip or change pad as necessary. After spray buffing the floor is completed, dust mop the floor if dust is still present. NOTE: In order for spray buff to work correctly, three or four base coats of floor finish must be applied before using spray buff in order to achieve maximum gloss and wear properties. Heavy traffic areas may require dust mopping, followed by damp mopping, followed by spray buffing. Use of this spray buff will eliminate powdering and will never yellow the floor. NOTE: Slip resistance meets or exceeds standard, (ASTM D 2047-11) James Machine 0.5 minimum.

If being used on a carpet for the first time test for colorfastness on an inconspicuous area. Remove gross soil. Extract using Extraction Rinse. Dilute product 1 to 4 oz. per gallon (30 to 120 mL/3.78 L). Saturate the spot/stain and surrounding area. Agitate. Place towel moistened with product over treated area for 24 hours. Remove towel and repeat treatment as necessary. Extract with Extraction Rinse. Allow carpet to dry. Use also as a drain cleaner and odor counteractant cleaner in restrooms; or bonnet buff using the dilutions outlined above.directions.

RESTORATIVE MAINTENANCE: Completely remove all old wax, finish and soil from floor surface following strip procedure instructions on Betco® stripper label. Floor surface must be clean, dry and free of residue before finish is applied. Rinse with clean water if necessary. Apply finish in uniform, thin to medium coats using a clean synthetic finish mop, microfiber mop or applicator system. Allow each coat to dry thoroughly before applying additional coats, usually 20 - 30 minutes. Elevated temperatures, heavy coats and humidity may extend dry time. A minimum of 4 coats of finish is recommended. Note: This product is a self-sealing finish, however, if tile is old, worn or porous, initially applying 1 - 2 coats of a Betco sealer will enhance gloss and long term performance. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE: Sweep large debris and dust mop. Damp mop or automatic scrub using a Betco floor cleaner. Buff or burnish the floor to enhance gloss as needed. Use Betco® One Step High Speed Cleaner/Restorer to condition the floor and extend the time between top scrub and recoating. INTERIM MAINTENANCE: Sweep large debris and dust mop. Top scrub the floor using Daily Scrub SC and maroon pad to remove the top soiled layers of finish. Floor surface must be clean, dry and free of residue before finish is applied. Apply 1 - 2 coats of finish as directed above. Please recycle empty containers. Note: Slip resistance meets or exceeds standard, (ASTM D 2047-11) James Machine 0.5 minimum.

RESTORATIVE MAINTENANCE: Completely remove all old wax, finish and soil from floor surface following strip procedure instructions on Betco® stripper label. Floor surface must be clean, dry and free of residue before finish is applied. Rinse with clean water if necessary. Apply sealer in uniform, thin to medium coats using a clean synthetic finish mop, microfiber mop or applicator system. Allow each coat to dry thoroughly before applying additional coats, usually 20 - 30 minutes. Elevated temperatures, heavy coats and humidity may extend dry time. A minimum of 2 coats of sealer is recommended. This sealer can be used as a finish coat, however, for a better shine, increased protection and easier maintenance, we recommended the application of 2 - 4 coats of a Betco floor finish that best fits your maintenance program.
