Tripp Lite's U338-000-SATA, USB 3.0 to SATA Adapter, allows connection to a Serial ATA Hard drive (2.5" / 3.5" ). Configure hard drives without having to install them first, or, pull data from a crashed computer hard drive to a new computer. The unit features a 22-Pin SATA Data + Power connector, and USB 3.0 Micro-B connector . Works with any SATA 2.5" or 3.5" SATA Hard drive. The U338-000-SATA is compatible with Windows and Mac, and can be connected to older USB generation computers ( 2.0 and 1.1, at slower speeds )
