Surface mount CAT 6 box for when in-wall box and wire installation are not possible. A clean and simple solution for network expansion. 2 Cat 6 ports. Box is durable plastic, white in color. Cat 6 is written in small blue letters on face of box. Comes with double sided adhesive tape to mount the box to the wall, or you can use the three screws provided to screw it down to baseboard, window sill, trim, etc.. Jacks are included, non removable. Wire connections are easy. You'll use a punchdown tool type 110 or a Krone punching tool. There's plenty of room to work. Installation instructions are included in package. Box has a slit in the back side to allow the wires to enter the box for flush moutning. Box top snaps on and off for easy access to wires. Use it with stranded or solid wire, any gauge.
