WatchDog Overview
WatchDog Support is Ruckus’ base level support offering. It provides customers with a strong foundation of support capabilities, including: 24x7 Technical Assistance, Access to software updates & major upgrades, more aggressive hardware replacement options and the ability to leverage the Ruckus Diagnostic Dashboard tool.
- WatchDog End User Support: this offering is for customers who wish to engage Ruckus directly for their support needs.
- Partner WatchDog Support: with this offering, support is provided by Ruckus-qualified partners who deliver frontline support to the customer. Ruckus provides backend support to the partner, but do not interact directly with customers.
