Directions for Use This product is for cleaning glass, windows, mirrors, plastic, Plexiglass and a variety of other water washable surfaces. Dilute 2 oz./gal. or 16 mL/L (1:64) with cold water. Spray glass cleaner on surface to be cleaned and wipe with a lint-free towel or squeegee. Improper use or dilution of this product may affect cleaning performance, result in excess waste or may damage surfaces also may increase risk of health effects. Gloves and goggles recommended personal protection equipment. Apply finish in uniform, thin to medium coats using a clean synthetic finish mop or applicator system. Allow each coat to dry thoroughly before applying additional coats, usually 20 - 30 minutes. Elevated temperatures and humidity may extend dry time. 4 - 5 coats of finish are recommended. Note: This product is a self sealing finish, however, if tile is old, worn or porous, initially applying 1 - 2 coats of a sealer will enhance gloss and long term performance. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE: Sweep large debris and dust mop (using a water-based treatment). Damp mop or automatic scrub using a neutral pH cleaner. Buff or burnish the floor as desired. The use of a cleaner/restorer is recommended to condition the floor and extend the time between top scrub and recoating. Bactericidal Stability of Use-Dilution: Tests confirmthat the use solution of this product, when stored in a sealed container such as a spray bottle, remains effective for up to 1 year. If product becomes visibly dirty or contaminated, the use-dilution must be discarded and fresh product prepared. Always use clean, properly labeled containers when diluting this product. For fungicidal activity: Betco Triforce is an effective fungicide against Trichophyton mentagrophytes [the athlete's foot fungus] when used on surfaces in areas such as locker rooms, dressing rooms, shower and bath areas and exercise facilities. Betco Triforce is a one-step fungicide at 1/2 oz. per gallon in 250 ppm hard water and 5% serum. For mold and mildew: At 1/2 oz. per gallon, Betco Triforce will effectively inhibit the growth of mold and mildew and the odors caused by them when applied to hard, nonporous surfaces. Follow disinfection instructions. SANITIZING FOOD CONTACT SURFACE DIRECTIONS: Use this product (200 ppm active) for sanitizing and cleaning of equipment and utensils in food processing, dairy industry, bars, restaurants, institutional kitchens, meat and poultry processing plants. Prior to application, remove gross food particles and soil by a pre-wash, pre-scrape, or pre-flush, and when necessary pre-soak. Thoroughly wash or flush equipment or utensils with a good detergent or compatible cleaner followed by a potable water rinse before applying sanitizer. Apply this product to pre- cleaned hard non-porous surfaces with cloth, mop sponge, or sprayer or by immersion. Surfaces must remain wet for 60 seconds (one minute). Not effective against rust stains. Dilute with cold water only. For GENERAL PURPOSE dilute 1:32 - 1:64 oz or 4 oz./gal - 2 oz./gal depending on soil level. Spray and wipe. GLASS: Dilute 1:64 or 2 oz./gal. Spray and wipe. SHOWERS: Dilute 1:32. For large areas use a portable pump up sprayer. Spray on tile, grout, fixtures and tub surfaces. Let stand for 5 minutes and rinse. For heavier stains agitation with a brush or sponge may be necessary to completely remove the stain. FLOORS: Dilute 1:64. Add directly to grout scrubber for removal of mold stains, soap scum, hard water deposits, or other common restroom soils. CARPET SPOTTING: Dilute 1:10 or 12 oz/gal. for heavy soils, dilute 1:20 or 6 oz./gal. for light to medium soils. For coffee as well as other water based stains. Apply a small amount of liquid to the stain. Agitate with a bone scraper and let stand for 3 - 5 minutes. Blot dry and rinse with clean water. Repeat as needed until the stain is completely removed. Improper use or dilution of this product may affect cleaning performance, result in excess waste or may damage surfaces also may increase risk of health effects. Gloves and goggles recommended personal protection equipment. Please consult your local solid waste agency, drain commissioner, or water quality contact for determination on appropriate disposal of unused material. Please recycle empty containers.

Recommended for removing multiple coats of water-based acrylic floor finishes from all types of resilient tile and hard surfaces. Not recommended on linoleum or sheet vinyl floors. Pre-test in a small area; color bleeding or discoloration may occur on linoleum, rubber tile, or asphalt tile. Sweep or dust mop floor to remove any large debris. For light to medium stripping, dilute 10 oz. /gal. (1:12). For heavy stripping, dilute 25 oz. /gal. (1:5) with cool water. Apply solution liberally to floor surface. Allow 3 - 5 minutes contact time. Be sure to keep surface wet at all times. Agitate with a low speed rotary machine, automatic scrubber or stripping machine. Pick up solution with a wet vacuum, automatic scrubber or mop and bucket and thoroughly rinse the floor. Allow floor to dry completely before applying finish or sealer. No flood rinsing is necessary if surface appears free of dust and residue.
Recommended for supermarket, institutional and restaurant use where fast grease emulsification and lasting suds are a must. Allow pots and pans to soak for a few minutes. To kill 99.9% of Bacteria* on Dishware: Remove excess food by scraping or wiping. For heavily soiled or greasy surfaces, a pre-wash is necessary. Dilute 1 part product to 20 parts water. Allow dishes to sit in solution for 30 seconds, then wash and rinse thoroughly as you normally would. Make-up a fresh solution when wash water is soiled.
