Apply finish in uniform, thin to medium coats using a clean synthetic finish mop, microfiber mop or applicator system. Bactericidal Stability of Use-Dilution: Tests confirmthat the use solution of this product, when stored in a sealed container such as a spray bottle, remains effective for up to 1 year. If product becomes visibly dirty or contaminated, the use-dilution must be discarded and fresh product prepared. Always use clean, properly labeled containers when diluting this product. For fungicidal activity: Betco Triforce is an effective fungicide against Trichophyton mentagrophytes [the athlete's foot fungus] when used on surfaces in areas such as locker rooms, dressing rooms, shower and bath areas and exercise facilities. Betco Triforce is a one-step fungicide at 1/2 oz. per gallon in 250 ppm hard water and 5% serum. For mold and mildew: At 1/2 oz. per gallon, Betco Triforce will effectively inhibit the growth of mold and mildew and the odors caused by them when applied to hard, nonporous surfaces. Follow disinfection instructions. Prior to application, remove gross food particles and soil by a pre-wash, pre-scrape, or pre-flush, and when necessary pre-soak. Thoroughly wash or flush equipment or utensils with a good detergent or compatible cleaner followed by a potable water rinse before applying sanitizer. For GENERAL PURPOSE dilute 1:32 - 1:64 oz or 4 oz./gal - 2 oz./gal depending on soil level. Spray and wipe. GLASS: Dilute 1:64 or 2 oz./gal. Spray and wipe. SHOWERS: Dilute 1:32. For large areas use a portable pump up sprayer. Spray on tile, grout, fixtures and tub surfaces. Let stand for 5 minutes and rinse. For heavier stains agitation with a brush or sponge may be necessary to completely remove the stain. FLOORS: Dilute 1:64. Add directly to grout scrubber for removal of mold stains, soap scum, hard water deposits, or other common restroom soils. CARPET SPOTTING: Dilute 1:10 or 12 oz/gal. for heavy soils, dilute 1:20 or 6 oz./gal. for light to medium soils. For coffee as well as other water based stains. Apply a small amount of liquid to the stain. Agitate with a bone scraper and let stand for 3 - 5 minutes. Blot dry and rinse with clean water. Repeat as needed until the stain is completely removed.<br />Improper use or dilution of this product may affect cleaning performance, result in excess waste or may damage surfaces also may increase risk of health effects. Gloves and goggles recommended personal protection equipment. Please consult your local solid waste agency, drain commissioner, or water quality contact for determination on appropriate disposal of unused material. Please recycle empty containers. Recommended for mopping or autoscrubbing finished floors. Can also be used as a spray and wipe cleaner on appliances, desks, plastic, stainless steel and painted surfaces. <br /> <ul> <li>Dilute 0.5 US oz./US gal. or 4 mL /L of water, depending on soil conditions.</li> <li>Apply cleaning solution using a mop or autoscrubber.</li> <li>Pick up the solution. Rinsing is not required except in very dirty situations .</li> <li>Allow floor to dry thoroughly.</li> </ul> Recommended for use on all types of resilient tile flooring and properly prepared hard surfaces. This product is of specific benefit in preparing old, worn or porous tile floors for finishing. <br /><br />RESTORATIVE MAINTENANCE:<br />Completely remove all old wax, finish and soil from floor surface following strip procedure instructions on Betco® stripper label. Floor surface must be clean, dry and free of residue before finish is applied. Rinse with clean water if necessary. Apply sealer in uniform, thin to medium coats using a clean synthetic finish mop, microfiber mop or applicator system. Allow each coat to dry thoroughly before applying additional coats, usually 20 - 30 minutes. Elevated temperatures, heavy coats and humidity may extend dry time. A minimum of 2 coats of sealer is recommended. This sealer can be used as a finish coat, however, for a better shine, increased protection and easier maintenance, we recommended the application of 2 - 4 coats of a Betco floor finish that best fits your maintenance program. <br /><br />Please recycle empty containers. Note: Slip resistance meets or exceeds standard, (ASTM D 2047-11) James Machine 0.5 minimum. Removes tough crayon, lipstick, graffiti, oil and heel marks from a variety of surfaces. Not recommended for use on glass or water based paints. <br />Fill either trigger spray bottles or mop buckets/auto scrubbers through the FASTDRAW SYSTEM. Leaves no residue or streaks. Spray surface. Wipe clean with a lint free towel or sponge.
