Advantech SQFlash 640 series M.2 2280 delivers all the advantages of Flash Disk technology with the Serial ATA III (6.0Gb) interface, fully compliant with standard M.2 2280 form factor. The SQF-SM8 is based on the M.2 form factor which is generated by JEDEC and could provide a wide range capacity from 32GB to 1TB for MLC and 16GB to 256GB for UltraMLC which delivers the read / write performance up to 560MB/s and 495MB/s.
